What happens before a request goes live.

  1. Step 1: Prepare your request

    Eligible fathers explain the costs connected to their active divorce case involving child custody and upload supporting documents. Proof stays private to the applicant and review team.

  2. Step 2: Stripe Identity

    Applicants complete a photo ID check through Stripe Identity before submitting for review.

  3. Step 3: $20 platform fee

    Applicants must pay the one-time $20 platform fee before their request enters review. Payment does not guarantee approval or funding.

  4. Step 4: Admin review

    A reviewer checks eligibility, the request, funding breakdown and proof. Approval is required before a request can go live.
