1. Platform Purpose

DadsFight is a payment facilitation platform that enables verified fathers in family court crisis to receive direct financial contributions from supporters. DadsFight is not a charity, nonprofit, or legal service provider.

2. Platform Fee

DadsFight charges a 5% platform fee on all contributions. This fee is disclosed before every transaction and is non-refundable. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) also apply.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

DadsFight does not guarantee any specific outcome for aid requests, legal cases, or fund usage. Contributions are direct transfers to the recipient and the platform is not responsible for how funds are used after disbursement.

4. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Resources, guides, and community discussions are for general information only. Consult a licensed attorney for advice on your specific situation.

5. User Conduct

Users must not submit fraudulent requests, misrepresent their situation, harass other users, or post content that violates our community guidelines. Violation results in account suspension and potential legal action.

6. Content Responsibility

User-generated content (requests, updates, messages, posts) is the sole responsibility of the user who created it. DadsFight reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Account Termination

DadsFight may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the community. Users may request account deletion at any time.
