Terms of service

DadsFight is a payment facilitation platform for direct financial contributions to fathers with an active divorce case involving child custody. Only fathers who meet all three requirements may be approved to receive support. DadsFight is not a charity, nonprofit, or legal service provider.

Requested costs must relate to that active divorce case involving child custody. Standalone custody or paternity cases, separation without an active divorce case, and completed divorces do not qualify. Community participation and supporter signup remain open; creating an account or paying the applicant fee does not establish eligibility to receive support.

Applicants pay a one-time $20 platform fee before submitting a support request for review. Paying this fee does not guarantee approval or funding. This applicant fee is separate from the contribution fee below.

DadsFight charges a 5% platform fee on all contributions. This fee is disclosed before every transaction and is non-refundable. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) also apply.

DadsFight does not guarantee any specific outcome for aid requests, legal cases, or fund usage. Contributions are direct transfers to the recipient and the platform is not responsible for how funds are used after disbursement.

Users must not submit fraudulent requests, misrepresent their situation, harass other users, or post content that violates our community guidelines. Violation results in account suspension and potential legal action.

User-generated content (requests, updates, messages, posts) is the sole responsibility of the user who created it. DadsFight reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

DadsFight may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the community. Users may request account deletion at any time.
