[SEED] License suspended over arrears — cannot work or see my kids

I owe $4,200 in child support arrears. My license is suspended and I cannot work or drive to visitation. The arrears accumulated when I was laid off for 3 months. I am working again but cannot catch up fast enough. The system punishes you for falling behind by making it harder to earn.
